Fall Yard Work

We don't have a lot of trees in our yard, but our neighbor does, so every Fall it's time to fill up the compost and fill up the bags with all of our neighbor's largesse. The girls, of course, are reluctant to disturb the natural way of things, and so have a rather more passive way of dealing with things.

Patrick, fortunately enough, has become a bit better about an active attack at the leaves, at least when so directed.

Laurie got busy planting daffodils and tulips in the new flower beds I put in out front. Well, at least someone was smiling that day!

Even Purrfect gets in on the act. We did, of course, have to let the cat out of the bag before rousting the bags out for the recyclers to take them aboard.
