Presidents' Day 2003 saw one of the largest snowfalls in recent history, as the whole East Coast of the USA got hit with snow. These pictures are from Tuesday, Feb 18, as we began to dig ourselves out of the more than two feet of snow that fell the day before. As luck and Murphy's law would have it, the furnace broke down on Monday night, so I began the day shoveling a path to the woodpile to build a fire while we waited for oil service.
